Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method selected, and destination address. The shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to track the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon importation. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at howlartstudio@gmail.com so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate address change requests once an order has been processed.

We do not accept returns on artwork, print-on-demand or digital download products.  If you have a problem or a printing/quality issue with a print-on-demand purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt, include a photo of the quality issue, and we will make it right. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
